I would not give even a single star to this place (had to give in order to continue). Looking at the guy at the counter, the moment I entered the place, I had that negative feeling about the place. This was my first time I visited this place and I am pretty sure I wont visit again. The chicken wrap I ordered had four bone pieces inside it. It was so annoying when the bone gets crushed between the teeth. I went to the guy at the counter and the way he reacts and speaks was pathetic. "Its a chicken wrap, expect bones in it" was his answer. Mate, 4 pieces of bone in a wrap. I would rate the worst food spot in Sydney. -10/10

The fella at the counter has a real attitude problem felt like he really didn't want to be there. Did not give any eye contact when I was ordering , the chicken was so dry and I was asked to pay more because he got the order wrong and thought we were taking out. Charged us more for eating in served us the condiments but then forgot the bread and didn't really care when he asked for me to pay the extra. So dodgy just wanted me to pay. Will never return, what an awful way to run your business not realising people return for good customer service and leaving that good memory. This was not! The ambience was so cold and place smelt like detergent like bleach. Some delivery guy walked in and asked that fella a question and he responded with a shrug! All in all the place is a rip off for the below average Lebanese food. There are heaps better around! 0 out of 10 for me!

The food isn't bad for a chicken place but expensive and the service is so slowwww, especially on a Friday night.

Great food, good price, service can be slow at times but it's worth the wait. The chefs out the back are serving up delicious Lebanese food and are very passionate about giving good food. The hommous is amazing!

I have eaten On Fire several times, last time we said that it was the last time we would order food from there. We weakened and ordered again tonight. It was extremely overpriced for $110 it barely fed 6 people and we are not big eaters. I have never eaten at a Lebanese restaurant where you have to order bread usually you get plenty of bread as part of the order. In the past we have ordered takeaway food only to arrive home with many items missing from our order. It's such a shame I love to support local restuarants but this one will never get another order from us!
