WORST COMPANY EVER!

RPM said they can't track my order down and that it hadn't been put through their system, yet I have a photo of my packages from the company I bought it from two weeks ago and there were 3 packages and it clearly stated my name and a tracking number with RPM.

So I called the company who I actually bought it from and they said it was already on its way and should've already arrived. I rang RPM back to say that they were saying it's still going to arrive and should be there already and then RPM proceeded to tell me that what they were saying was incorrect and this company have been lying to their customers and that RPM hadn't even received a job under my name, address, and tracking. I didn't know what to think. I came home later that day and my order had arrived but only 2 packages. WHAT???!!

I called both companies - I told the company who I bought off what RPM Freight Logistics was saying to their customers - I couldn't believe how unprofessional and how much RPM lied to me about my order and how disgraceful they were talking about their own client the way they did!!!

1. They lied to me about my order

2. Unprofessional and disrespectful and actually blaming their client for their own mistake and making their own client look bad to their client's customers

3. Only received 2/3 of my packages - wheres the 3rd box??? Does it clearly state 1/3, 2/3 ??

4. I received the photo of my packages 2 weeks prior to it actually getting to me - I live only 20km away from RPM warehouse.

I also have a 3PL company I use for my business and I know if they were saying this to my customers I would certainly not be happy, I found this to be so unprofessional and disgraced how they could lie to me like this and also talk the way they did.

So after I rang them back to tell them that I actually got the packages they couldn't tell me straight and how this happened and also couldn't tell me where my 3rd box was, I rang back the next day for RPM that they no longer work for the company and to not call them again. You have my 3rd box shouldn't you still deliver it as you already lost it?? So, I called the company I bought off and they were so apologetic, I felt so sorry for this company and told them about everything that went on and what RPM were telling their customers. They have now since left the company and have told me they will get my missing item to me asap, I can only feel bad for this company choosing such a disgraceful logistics company.

Not only have I read other bad reviews, experienced it first and the poor other company fixing their mess they have created but now also my friend as well in Melbourne dealing with the same issue with RPM.

I have never in my 37 years in logistics myself dealt with such an unorganized, unprofessional, and awful company. I have nothing good to say about RPM - all I can suggest is that you stay away from this company and use a different 3PL/Logistics company - just by what they say alone to their own client's customers was enough to turn me off them I highly recommend you do not use RPM Logistics.

Great company! Would use again to move interstate.

I sent some items interstate with RPM. They were honest and upfront about the fees and charges. The freight arrived a few hours later than expected but can you really complain? I would definitely use them again.
