These guys inspected my house's backup genie after storm damage, stated it was okay, and after several attempts to get them to look at it again as it wasn't starting correctly, it caught fire. The only reason I'm here to talk about it, and you're not reading about a family killed in a house fire, is that I was standing there at 5 am to check the fuel level when it happened. Mike, the principle of Gap Generators, never returned phone calls, made bucket loads of hollow promises when I did get in contact, and in the end has refused to take any responsibility and is as dishonest as one could ever get.

I run a food van and the generator on it broke down we went to these guys and upon telling them what happened they immediately assisted us by putting one of their hire generators FREE OF CHARGE so we could get our work done for that day they saw how distressed we were later on we went and got a generator properly fixed up and paid for it. Just goes to show that there are businesses out there that will put customers needs first, it was such a great help, so kind and reliable. thanks guys

Don't go near this place even if your life depends on it.

No idea of the concept of customer service, won't return calls and don't follow through on promises.

Honestly can't believe the place is still in business!
