Jodha Group and Quarry Product Supply

I am extremely disappointed with the service:



1. Lack of Transparency:

After receiving an initial quote, I confirmed the pricing. However, they later decided to charge and added additional fee based on the site location, even though they knew our address from the very start.



2. Constant rescheduling:

They rescheduled the job multiple times. Each time, I had to rearrange my schedule, only to be let down again. This demonstrated a lack of respect for my time and a disregard for punctuality.



3. Lack of site inspection:

During our discussions, they raised concerns about the safety of accessing the job site and parking their equipment. Despite my reassurances and providing them with photos to showcase the suitability of the access and parking, they refused to visit the site for inspection. I explained that we had recently completed the construction of our house, during which we had numerous trucks accessing the site without any issues. They would initially agree and confirm that the job would be done, only to raise concerns again in subsequent discussions. This cycle of agreement and concern repetition occurred multiple times, causing frustration and confusion.



4. Broken Promises:

They made promises about the job being done "100%" and assured me that there would be no issues. However, they failed to deliver on these commitments, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. Their inability to follow through on their promises showed a lack of integrity and professionalism.



5. Last-Minute Cancellation:

The final blow came when they decided to cancel the job last minute due to concerns about the location's safety even though we discussed it many times and they promised to do the job. Despite my efforts to provide reassurances and address their concerns, they refused to proceed based on unfounded assumptions. It was evident that they had not thoroughly assessed the situation and were not willing to work towards a solution.



Overall, my experience with Jodha Quarry Products was marked by a lack of transparency, unprofessionalism, and a failure to honor commitments. I cannot recommend their services based on these events.

Phoned Gary fitted me in straight away, next day delivered 75 tonne of Rock 1m-1.5m from coldstream to Berwick.
