I strongly advise anyone considering a membership with this gym to exercise caution. They make it extremely challenging, if not impossible, to cancel a membership, even if you reach out within just two days of joining or have a legitimate medical condition.



The gym contracts with a third-party company to manage memberships and payments, which significantly complicates the process. Attempts to communicate directly with gym staff have proven unhelpful, with no response to numerous emails and phone calls. Visiting in person yields no better results, as staff defer all responsibility to this third-party provider.



This setup creates a frustrating and seemingly intentional barrier to cancelling a membership, with both the gym and the third party appearing to prioritise profit over customer service. They use convoluted contract language and unclear terms, effectively making it impossible for members to end their contracts.
