We booked after 5pm and tried calling several numbers several times incl. leaving messages and only received a return call after hours at 7.20pm when we already left. A refund was denied. Otherwise the hotel is very run down and old with a smell and the fenced off bar as you enter has been fenced off for years giving an appearance of abondance. The location is fantastic and Palm Cove is the place to holiday and enjoy, but for my experience it turned out to be a terrible experience without even being able to check in when we were ready.
