Very unhelpful. Rang to ask how much a new front bumper is, gave him the details of my cars make and model, He said No he can't do it without the vin no. I said no worries, i can tell him the vin no, he said no I don't want to do it unless you bring it in, not in a polite way either.. What a waste of a phone call. Il take my business else where.
