i have had dealings wth this organisation for a few years now and I honestly cannot fault it. My problems have always been resolved to my entire satisfaction and I felt that they always went out of their way to keep me informed. Sometimes there was a long wait, however it is only what one can expect with a very busy business. They have my patronage for ever.

Thoroughly charming and courteous service. Our Breville espresso machine was repaired under warranty with no bother at all. But be prepared for a looong wait - this took 3 weeks - but to be fair, they are flat-out with work and there simply aren't enough Breville-authorised repairers around Adelaide. Complain to Breville.

This business provides the worst customer experience that I have ever encountered in my life.
I was advised that the delays were due to them waiting to receive the 'ok' from the extended warranty provider. I called them after another week and advised that that was signed off and they had ordered the part, which they expected to receive in 2-3 working days.
Two weeks later, I called to check the progress and was told that they are still waiting to have the work signed off by the extended warranty provider. I explained that they had advised me that this was completed so they changed the story to 'waiting for the part'!!!
So far, they have had my coffee machine for over a month and no repairs have been completed.
I will never use this business or their services again. 0/10 from me.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Still waiting after 8 weeks for our coffee machine to be fixed, after being returned 3 times to still experience the same fault. But what has really made me more angry, in the 8 weeks no one has rang me from this business! As a customer I have now lost count of how many times I have rang them. Not a happy customer!
