Allways going out of their way and trying to make the experience possitive. Can't imagine any upsets with the quality of the work. Very profesional.

'No job too small' could be part of Marion Air Conditioning's motto. When our return duct filter was stretched & thinning in parts, all it took was a phone call to arrange to drop off the frame to have a new filter fitted. The next day we collected the frame, complete with new filter, for a very modest cost. Robert, in the showroom, was friendly and helpful - I can't speak too highly of the service.

Tried for 3 weeks to get a repair done on zone problem. Calls not returned despite assurances, parts not ordered, temporary fix that last an hour, waited another week for repair despite daily calls, parts quoted one price, then suddenly dearer, sub contract repairer used that had nothing to do with company, mis communication or no communication, repairs supposed to be done in morning- still had not turned up by lunch. If you want your AC fixed, use a different company.

Had a ducted aircon installed, because of house was a slightly difficult install with quotes from other companies that did not want to install the ducts where i wanted. However Marion Air Conditioning rose to the challenge and met my needs quality install at a good price thank you guys.

Dis-interested sales person didn't want to come and look at my set up and instead quoted over the phone without seeing the situation. Installer never showed on the day and there was no phone contact. This caused a fair amount of inconvenience (took a day off work without pay to give them access to the property, had to move furniture away from the installation site only to move it back again that night) After calling the office, I was told they neglected / forgot to put the paperwork through which is why no one showed. If the company can't even master basic paperwork, heavens knows what their installation and after sales service is like. Zero out of five stars.
