I had Paul, unit 57, attend my tow. The car was in a tricky position with lots of challenging circumstances. Nothing was too much trouble for him. So professional, capable and reassuring. It was a bit of an emotional event for me, but because Paul was so reassuring it made it so much easier. His can do attitude was awesome. Nothing was beyond his problem solving abilities. So grateful he was the man to see us through a tricky event. Really made all the difference.

Absolutely horrific the ordeal this company has put me through. I was in a small accident last weekend, in which I scratched my front bumper in a very minor way. The other driver snapped the key off in my ignition resulting in the car needing to be towed, when I came to pick it up I discovered the tow truck driver had badly damaged my car! exhaust was ripped off and sitting on the ground under my car and a piece of the grill was broken. I had to pay over $300 in Ubers getting to and from work because of this and they have refused to void the cost of the tow even though I am so out of pocket. They have also returned my car with the grill not fixed and are REFUSING to fix it. They said there is no proof that their driver even caused the damages when the cops saw my car on the night of the accident and can corroborate. They have also said that they fixed the exhaust as an act of good will even though all damages are caused by them!!!!!! These people will rip you off and gouge you for money, do not use this company! The only person that was even slightly helpful was Sam from Slacks Creek towing yard. But all of this has left me feeling used and scammed. Would give zero stars if I could.

I had my vehicle towed by Harvey's towing and temporarily stored at their park ridge depot - car came back driving a little odd however I was not aware that this was due to them damaging my my tie rod.



I got it aligned only 2 days before and the tie rods weren't bent then. I got the car checked out about a month later by a mechanic (earliest time that my mechanic had time) when he found the bent tie rod. Car sat in the garage the whole time until this day.



Got it checked again by the same tyre shop that initially aligned the car to 100% confirm that there was no issue with the tie rod last time I came in. They confirmed they cant adjust the alignment at all now due to it being bent.



Contacted harvey's towing today right after confirming with the alignment shop. Sent in all information and evidence with photos and invoices, and they refuse to repair the vehicle. Car has never been in an accident.



If you care about your vehicle and don't want to risk the chance of this happening to you, AVOID HARVEY'S TOWING!

Anthony turned up late at night with a great attitude amd The friendliest genuine service I've experienced in a long time.

With the frustration of an unexpected breakdown I was in a bad mood but his happy approach amd quick work made me feel alot better. Great guy amd great job. Thank you Anthony!
