I am so disgusted in how they treated me and my friend. The poor service upset me. The lady that works there very hard to understand and talk to. I belive they should fire workers and get new ones to let the people be happy.

The lady at the counter has SERIOUS customer service issues. Will never ever give her my business again - The mock cream donuts were disgusting after being left in the heat all day as their is no air con in cabinet and when i took it back she REFUSED to swap it over for another one even if i paid the difference for real cream because I had some. Well sweet heart - I hope your 2.50 was worth it because you will NEVER get any extra money from me. And it seems that your customer service is a common theme among these reviews!

Food is good but customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!
The lady working there clearly does not want to be there. She literally death stares you while you make your order and rolls her eyes at you and its just so rude and uncomfortable. The ladies there have been like this for years. I am big on customer service and not one time have they showed good customer service towards me and my family and friends. They just sit on their phone and tell you to wait while they finish on their phone and then take your order and pretty much speak to you like you have interrupted them and its like its a bakery, have some respect! If you dont want to be there, leave.
If the food wasnt so good I would definitely not be back.
