Put debt collectors onto a single mum of ASD Kid after 2 months, when it was bulk bill!

1) She signed NO forms, and the only form said 'Bulk Bill'
2) They told her medicare would take 2 months to issue payment cheque.
3) 2 months later debt collectors were sending a final notice.

Absolute scumbags who deserve to be investigated by the ACCC.
