Paid and lost contact of the lawyer never deliver the service

Extremely poor experience. I paid for a service that was never completed, and communication throughout was inconsistent and unprofessional. After months of delays and follow-ups, I was told to find another lawyer. I’ve since lodged a formal complaint and am taking further steps to recover the fees. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this firm.
