For self-managed super admin services and support, I couldn't recommend anyone else higher. We were with another online SMSF provider prior to coming on with Future Assist and our fund was in shambles, not 100% the fault of our old smsf service but just a lack of time and care for our situation. Our contact at FA was an actual financial adviser, not an office administrator. This was a game changer for us, as we quickly realised how ill-equipt we where to be 'going it alone'. I guess the main reason for us setting up an SMSF was for control and investment options and we have found that with FA we have more time to focus on these things, as opposed to worrying about compliance and administrational tasks. I agree with the below reviews, the price is not the cheapest but so far we can see the benefits to our fund these extra fees have paid for. I would definitely take the extra time with the adviser to go over the investment strategy to ensure you are happy with it and understand it before proceeding. I felt like I could have taken some more time to discuss and understand our investments before proceeding with their recommendations, but I have found that my adviser has been easily accessible for updates and questions I have.
At the end of the day we would recommend Future Assist to friends and family.

At first we didn't know much about financial planning or fees and commissions etc. Our Adviser is brilliant and always tells us the truth straight up. Even though we got FA to do our SMSF, they also provide us free financial planning for our personal situation. We're going strong. Highly recommended.
