Ray White Parramatta

The worst experience of my life. Their agents Kumari Surbhi didn't do anything that was required for a property manager, not even the basics like having a set of spare keys to the property. Unable to book trades people to fix things and blamed it on the body corp. It took her more than 6 months to organise someone to fix a tiny thing which caused issues for the sale of the property as well as creating immense stress for me and the buyer. She then told the buyer that I was not responding to her when it was in fact her inability to do her job.



Her manager John Maugeri was just as useless. called me to try explain the situation but literally just used the most generic sales tactics like flattery to try and ease the situation. When I wanted to give him actual feedback, he was unable to listen and said just send me an email. Mate... what a joke, at least pretend to listen...



And before Kumari managed my property, it was Amir Jahan, he was fired because he he had "involvement in fraudulent activities affecting our clients' portfolios". He also forgot to list the property for rent meaning I had lost a substantial amount of rent and straight up lied to me about it. If you're looking for someone to manage your property, stay as far away from this place as possible. They need to train their staff better, hire better or just shut the whole thing down, because this is just disgusting.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Their property managers are absolutely a nightmare, it takes forever to get a response. Very very rude. I've been yelled at and ignored.

It's rare to meet people in the world like Atul Bhanushali, a talented sales person. We were searching to buy house for nearly eight months in and around Parramatta area and finally realised that our efforts were never wasted.
Yes it is because of Atul Sales agent from Ray White Parramatta, now I'm a proud owner of a unit in Harris Park. Atul with his immense sales talent and highly negotiable skills has proven one more track record of getting this house for me before auction with a price that was matching me and the market.
The house was already rented for fixed term when i bought the unit. Atul helped me a lot in approaching the tenant to find him a place to move out of my unit during the end of fixed term. Finally the tenant got a house through Atul and is happy. I bet no other agent can do what Atul has done.

He has immense energy in his sales world that gives him right focus on his job which makes the sellers and buyers happy in meeting their expectations.
Atul is an accountant in reality which also helped him in his sales skills. He also sent us Voucher for having food at one of Parramatta's favourite restaurant.

I always recommend Atul when you want to buy or sell house in Parramatta area. I salute Atul to his professionalism and hard work treating each and every customer with respect, listening to their requirements and exceeding their expectations. Thanks Atul for wonderful job you have done. Keep up the good work. I won't be surpised if you could open your own real estate business !!! You are one in a million.
