This business delivered me the ball pit I ordered, however with no balls in it! When questioned about who would order a ball pit with no balls, the owner insinuated it was somehow my fault, was completely unapologetic for their obvious mistake and offered zero compensation for leaving me with no entertainment for my child’s party, with 20 minutes before guests were due to arrive. I am bitterly disappointed by the appalling customer service and rude interaction I had with this business. I would urge you to seek another supplier if you wish for your event to run smoothly and for your children not to be disappointed.
