Do not use this Company unless you want to be disappointed

This is Tony and Julies experience..

The service we got from Formal Wear Express was unprofessional and appalling.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY is our recommendation !! We don't want other couples put through the stress this Company and employees have caused

Contacted this company 7 months before our wedding to be measured, they postponed twice at last minute (we should have pulled out then), when measured we were told 6 to 8 weeks for suits to be delivered with only small adjustments needed


5 Months for suits to be delivered
Suits dont fit
Shirts fit but are wrong style, wrong colour

1 week for new Shits to be delivered
Shirts right style, right colour, but only one out of two fit (they got size right first time??)

another week for new shirt and suit jacket to be delivered

We have now paid another company more money than we needed to , to ensure we have suits and shirts altered to the sizes we where originally measured for over 5 months ago to be ready on time

This Company caused one of the very few stresses in our wedding preparation and they are not worth it.
