More than happy with the attention and response from the caring staff . I have always felt they take the time to listen and respond with diligence and expertise. Always greeted by friendly faces and the coffee there is great too ! It’s so lovely seeing elderly customers taking a break as they wait for their scripts to be filled. We are very lucky to have a warm spirited community based business to service us.

Bell St Pharmacy would have to be the most accommodating pharmacy I have ever been too. Great customer service from their staff!!!

I get professional advice everytime, the pharmacists are friendly and down to earth.The assistants are friendly and helpful.

Being a resident in the local area for over 20 years and a regular customer.. words cannot expresss the fantastic service always given at our local pharmacy... always greeted by my name and always asked how I am... the staff sure know their products and always willing to assist when needed...there knowledge of their products is of high standard and there is a large variety... I would have given you half a stsr after the way l was treated.
I am on pain medication have always bought my script in and a few times needed my script early but laways with my doctors permission.
To be told today we no longer dispense this medication as it can be abused. How dare he look at me and judge me he knows nothing about my pain.
I went home and cried all afternoon my pain and anxiety is through the roof.
You need not worry l will never step foot in your store again EVER
You can keep your boutique chemist and refuse a client because of what you percieve in your head
