Patterson Lakes Pharmacy

I have been attending this Pharmacy since 1995. Today the Pharmacist wife was extremely rude to me and took it upon herself to kick me out.

I had spent the night in hospital and ran out of medication so I had not taken my usual meds. I felt confused and ask her to check which of my scripts related to my boxed medication which I had in front of me. She said not to worry they will process it. But I said I don't want to waste time processing scripts I don't need. She was so forth right and shoved the scripts in the basket. Out of anger I said I should go to another pharmacy. So she became annoyed and shoved the script back at me. I took them directly to the main counter while she yelled out. Don't serve her. I lovely staff member went thru the script and gave me a number and told me to come back in 10mins. I returned and the same staff member stated that the owner will not process any of my scripts. I asked who was the owner. You guessed it, the woman who was rude to me whose the Pharmacist wife. Unfortunately her husband was not working that moment. So now I'm reporting them to their official registration body.

I would never thought this woman would do this to a sick customer.

Massively overcharged $13 for a 40g of some medication where at other pharmacies 200g of the same stuff is only $16.
