BSA Wheels

I got a new set of wheels and tyres and adapters. I contacted the BSA staff on Facebook Messenger and got booked in on the day and had all the products fitted within 2 hours. Couldn’t be happier with the service and would be recommending these guys to family and friends!

I got excellent customer service from BSA Wheels. I bought a set of Wheel Spacers and the customer experience was great from start to finish. The products arrived within 2 days.

I ordered 8mm 57.1 CH/73.1mm CB Spacers for my Audi S3

Received 15mm spacers.

The invoice description contained "57.4 CH and 73mm CB, I corrected the initial mistake and then received the wrong item.



I was then blamed as in the "ITEM NO" she had included SS Spacers 15mm (150mm)" - It is not the consumers job to decipher invoices when you clearly order the item you want over the phone.



Was then told to pay return freight to them and then to me to fix their mistake. Horrible business don't waste your time.
