Clearview TV DVD/VCR & Home Theatre Service

I’ve had the same experience as the previous review. He came out May 2022 and took remote away and for over 12 months we have been ringing him to return the remote. We have heard about 10 excuses and says he’s coming and never turns up. As of yesterday we are now up to 5 no shows on a book appointment. Don’t use this company I don’t know how they are still in business

I don’t recommend ‘Clearview TV & Home Theatre Repair’ to anyone after my recent personal experience. There is nothing clear at all about their service. Dominic is rude, evasive with very poor customer service, and has still not returned my TV.



I contacted Dominic in Oct 2022 to fix an issue with my Panasonic 4K TV. After paying a $200 call out fee, Dominic could not troubleshoot the issue and said he needed to take the TV to his warehouse for more testing and if he couldn’t fix it, he would return the TV.



This is where it all goes downhill. After weeks of radio silence, I had to contact Dominic who told me that he did not have the parts to fix the TV. I requested that he return the TV to me so I could try another repair place and after asking several times he promised to return it before Christmas. A month later, I’m still waiting for my TV with no communication at all from Dominic.



Stay away from this business if you want to save your money and TV, there should be better options in your area!
