Neil's Glass Service.

A small window in the bedroom of my apartment was damaged due to vandalism so Strata arranged for this company to repair it. I was called to schedule a technician and was told they only work 7am to 3:30pm. So do you guys expect every customer of yours to forfeit time at work to allow access for during these hours? Not only am I not happy about that but the technician was supposed to be here at 7AM and did not bother to contact me to let me know they are running half an hour late!! I called the office at 7:20 and was told ONLY THEN that he/she is running late!!! WHEN I BEGAN TO SHOW THAT I WAS ANGRY did I get an apology!! I said ‘oh right so he’s running half an hour late?’ And the girl who picked up my girl says ‘well I apologise that he hasn’t called you’. USELESS service. Thanks Neil’s Glass, I’m now going to miss up to an hour of work for your incompetence

Neils glass were lovely to deal with. Very friendly, helpful with competitive rates. The tradesman who installed my glass was professional and clean. I would highly recommend this company.

I found this company to be extremely helpful Michelle in the office was very friendly the quote was very competitive and as a first point of contact I couldn't fault the service or her assistance. Luke who installed my glass was just wonderful. Job was done quickly professionally and he was cheerful. Highly recommend this company to everyone.

After receiving many quotes from other glaziers Niels were the best service was swift and job done within two hours for balcony door glass smashed and cracked mirrored wardrobe door we are both happy with service and highly recommend to everyone

Barbara must have struck them on a "bad day". My enquiry today was dealt with in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. Over the phone quote was reasonable.

Really not very friendly or helpful when I rang today. I usually find that companies who have people like that answer their phones are not the best to deal with. So I won't be using them.
