Autobarn Penrith

I was given a Kenwood Head Deck with Garmin Sat Nav as a gift - DNX5180S. It is indeed a very good product. The issue I had however, is that the unit comes with NONE of the 3rd party POI downloaded. Over the course of 12 months I have returned the vehicle to Autobarn Penrith for the upgrades to be attended, without success. I went to both Kenwood who advised they do not support the Garmin Sat Nav component of their own product. Garmin sent me an email of installation hieroglyphics which made no sense to me. Never one to give up, I finally solved the issue by taking my vehicle to Elite Care Audio at Campbelltown - 46266766. May I suggest for future customers that you provide a service that UPGRADES THE UNIT AT THE POINT OF PURCHASE. It is ridiculous to sell a unit that has barely 10% of the functions working. This is an expensive unit and it is unacceptable that the unit is not fully operational when accepted by the customer.
