I-Optic

Had my eyes tested by Ian the optometrist and he said multi focals would be the go for me.The girl that served me said bi focals is what i needed for riding my motorbike not multi focals.Was told to try out new glasses to see how they would go but i found i could not see the screen on my computer and also could not read my gps and speedo etc at night .After 4 weeks i took them back and told them the problems i was having and the lady told me sorry too late and i would havr to pay all over again for new glasses to be made.Totally ripped off and i have told everybody that is looking for glasses to steer well clear of this place.went to Multi Specs in high street and got the correct glasses that i should have got in thr first place.Muilti Specs also told me that Iopti 20/20 had put the bi fold lense way too low. I had to pay another $740 to finally get the correct glasses.Be warned keep away from Ioptic 20/20 they just dont know what they are doing but like taking your money with no refund for selling you the wrong glasses for your needs.

Very rude I got yelled at as soon as I walked in the door .There comments are inappropriate and make you fill worthless.

Purchased spectacles from ioptic penrith after 1 half years arm fell off
they said $75 to repair them or go to fair trading and hung up on me
