Matt's Skip Bins

I booked a skip bin while helping run my mum’s business after she suffered a stroke. I’m also currently pregnant, and this was done during an already very stressful time. When the bin arrived, we were told it couldn’t be used for food waste and it was turned away immediately.



Despite explaining the situation, the company refused a full refund and kept a call-out fee, relying strictly on terms and conditions rather than showing any flexibility or empathy. Very disappointing and sad

Very slow pick up, expect to wait two weeks after your scheduled pick up. Slow pick up is part of this industry but they are well past the norm.

Great for slow irregular consumers, a killer for trades.

Do not have the bins dropped where it impacts your access to a job, it might be there for weeks longer than you expect.

Calling won't help, they do not respect trades.

I didn’t know what size I needed as it was my first time booking a bin. The girl on the phone was so helpful and I had a bin booked for delivery the next day. Will definitely use them again!

Booked online after speaking to the office lady because i wanted to use paypal. She was so helpful and website was easy to use. Very happy with the service. Thanks guys!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Overpriced, Rude and terrible service.This company will not deliver your bin on time, they will not pick up your bin when they said they will, they will lie, they are rude and worst of all they will charge you on multiple occasions once they have your credit card details.
