The circus known as NLS are a belligerent bunch of untrained anthropoids that think I am either blind or dull-witted enough to not know what a consumer guarantee is.



When a product is faulty, the consumer act states a business must either repair or replace the product. NLS however make this process strenuous to a point where its unconstructive to conduct any business with them.

With every warranty claim comes a new predicament. Either the admin staff who process credits aren’t in or the owner Mike has stepped out, the number of excuses on offer are tiresomely perpetual.



My last unpalatable dealing with this circus is nothing short of revolting. The company I manage, Ozdem Distributions returned five downlights and a RCBO in December 2020 for a warranty claim so we can precure replacements for our customer. Invariably with returns or warranties claims, I sent numerous emails which were left un-responded so I decided to call in where I was informed that the credits will not be processed on time but they can send me the replacement downlights (NO RCBO) but they will be charged and credited afterwards. Since I required the downlights hurriedly for my client, I acceded. After 3 months, 30 emails and 20 phone calls, I am yet to obtain a credit. Based on their warehouse staff, they have already sent the replacements which is true but I have an invoice that proves that they were charged but no, the arrogant anthropoids know best. When asserted to provide evidence to support their claim because I am obviously Illiterate or blind, they simply couldn’t. All this hustle for a $35.00 credit is unheard of in any business.



If you wish to deal with professionals and a company who honour their warranties without making you jump through hoop after hoop, seek another wholesaler or you will endure from the selfish narcissistic vile scumbags that are NLS and staff. Not once did they apologize for inconveniencing us, instead its 1 blatant lie after another with this dubious lot.
