      The receptionists are useless.

      We had an appointment for 11:30am. We arrived on time and paid for the appointment.

      We waited 2hrs untul we approched the receptionist to ask how much longer and were told that the doctor had left 2hrs ago.

      We were told that they tried to call is which was a lie as we had been sitting 3ft away from the receptionist the entire time.

      Another patient who was also waiting was never called neither.

      This is the third time the receptionists has stuffed us around in the past 12months.

      And are always rude on the phone

      Dr Rizvi is great, however we will no longer be attending
