Sorry your daughter had this experience liane. From memory she was after a new motor but didn't want to pay for it. Sometimes our customers don't get the answers they're wanting, so offence is often taken when the answer is no. We always try our best to accomodate but not everyone is always pleased.

I don't know how this man keeps a business going. I sent my daughter to this mechanic as I had used him before even though I have heard that he is very rude. He was extremely rude and belittled my daughter in front of others and she came home in tears. Totally un helpful. He has lost at least 5 customers from his unprofessional behaviour today and I will be sure to spread the word that this is not a mechanic you would want to pay for any service!!!
