Great response time and Effient

Emailed a request on Sunday night, received a call first thing Monday morning. Wete able to come out by 1030am that day, Quick diagnosis and repair work completed. Was friendly and discussed each step of the way as he worked. Finished within the hour. My dishwasher is now working phenomenally. Thank you!

A great family business

I have known the Winterton’s family since I was about 10 yrs old. Glen’s dad used to be my mums washing machine mechanic. I’m now 70.

When we have ever needed repairs or enquiries, they have responded within 2 days. Even on public holidays over Anzac weekend 2023.

Advice is given specific to my needs.

I recommend them highly

Our 60 year old Malleys Washer malfunctioned , after describing to Glen the nature of the problem he said he would call within three days and knew exactly what it was! He had called 3 years ago and fixed it in 30 minutes! He duly called and rectified the problem & I have no hesitation in recommending him as few people could solve problems with a 60 year old washer! I good Aussie Tradesman!

Customer service is a disgrace

After phoning to discuss a problem with my dryer i was advised to send a pic through and Glen would get back to me with a time the following day that he could attend. My husband left early from work to ensure someone was home at the time arranged but he never showed up and didn't call nor did he respond to numerous messages asking that he return my call. Wasted 3 days where i could have given the job to someone who wanted it. He still has not called or responded and i find this an absolute disgrace. I would not recommend him to anyone and if there was a rating lower then 1 that's what i would give him... because i did not rate his service what do ever.
