The worst, don't do custom cakes with them, they made changes to our order without consultation, the result looked as if a 5 year old baked it, had fingerprints on it, and gave us cupcakes that weren't even the colour we ordered. We gave them 6 weeks notice to make the cake, constantly checked up to see if there were any problems and received a horrible result. To make it worse, they're manager refused to be in store to take our complaint about the changes that weren't authorised by us. We waited for him 3 times and had to speak via phone. Don't do custom cakes.

Great service..we bought the Rainbow cake.It was fresh and all our guests raved over it.Highly recommend this shop for service and the cakes ..staff are so friendly as well

Cake was so delicious and Customer service was excellent. I will definitely recommend to buy from Cheese Cake Penshurst.
