Charged $42 for a trip from Crown at Burswood to North Perth. Double what I would have expected. Someone's making a fortune. Grrrrr. Don't recommend at all.

As other reviews have said they overcharge.

I was charged $250 for a taxi from Perth Airport to Yanchep when I usually pay between $150-$160.

No warnings when you get into the cab and they sit on the rank the same as other brands who don't overcharge so be warned. Go Swan or another brand as these guys are scammers who overcharge...

Charged my 93 year old $77 for a usually $50 fee. Would never use this company.

Hi, I had the most AMAZING driver - sorry do not have his name but it was Taxi #282 on Sat 26/08/2023. Went out of his way to assist me to get a hotel room, & I appreciated that so much. Next day driver back to airport was very good

The driver charged me $41 from the airport to Rivervale. For the same route, another taxi charged $28 at night before. I lost a roll of a painting in the taxi. I contacted the customer services with the information on the receipt many times on Saturday, they asked me to fill out an online lost property form which never worked. I sent an email and finally the driver rang and says that he can’t find the painting. With such bad experience, Will never use this taxi again.

Charged $47 for a trip from Optus stadium that normally costs $25. No meter. Told me what the fare was after I was in the cab and he had driven for a few minutes. Too late to get out and go back to cab rank

I took a taxi (22/3/2023) from Airport to home in North Lake (near Fiona Stanley Hospital) and was charged $115.92. The fare to the airport in a comfort level Uber was $52.95. I expressed my shock and outrage and the whole experience was quite unsettling. I'll never again use a taxi it's was a costly lesson learnt. No wonder they are a dieing industry.

Charged $87.47 from Airport Terminal 1 to North Coogee.21 July, 8.20pm, Previous taxi fare to the Airport from another taxi company cost $55. I questioned the driver about the route which seemed a very long way around, not shortest way. Never ever paid this amount before. Google says fare should be about an average of $64. Not happy, will never use this company again.
