What we like best is that HBA’s process is really flexible and it can be made to work around our work schedule. Meetings are made to suit us and if we need to know anything HBA come up with a range of options for us to look at us without us having to do all the legwork on our own. We are very comfortable with the way in which HBA guide and advise us all the way through the process.
