I have had the most horrible experience. You Know We Sew Alterations & Repairs are incompetent and they have ruined 2 pairs of my jeans which when purchased were too big for me. They cut so much out of the original material that it is impossible to wear my expensive jeans now. Initially she promised to fix the mistake despite is was obvious that it was impossible to fix them once too much material had been cut from the original design. Eventually she said they were cut out in this way and now there is nothing she can do to fix them. She refused to return money. I would not recommend this company to anyone, your clothes will be ruined, and you cannot get your money back even when the work is not to standard.
