Order 2 serves of grilled snapper and salad paid $38 and the size of the snapper 2 pieces for 2 people was so small it was ridiculous I wouldn’t recommend to any one rang up and said to me to bad very terrible service and disrespectful to there customers

Ive been ordering from Fins on the junction at least once a week for the last two years, ive never had a problem and the food has always been spot on. potato scallops are the best!

This is our regular, and the food Is amazing! The staff are really friendly. I was there when the person who has left a ridiculous review about expensive fish....the staff did everything to accomodate her even though she was rude and disrespectful. ...almost abusive. We have always had a positive experience and brilliant quality food that is very reasonably priced!

After eating their fiah and chips me and my soster where throwing up for hours. Never going back there again.

This place is our regular, because it is consistent. It is not super cheap, but that is because the fish is fresh and cooked to order. It pays to phone ahead, or allow time for grabbing bread and sauce from the supermarket as they are always busy. Would recommend. Good serving size, crisp chips.

We called an order through one battered snapper meal and one grilled snapper meal. There's no menu to be found online so I have to ask for meal options. Both meals above come with chips and a drink. I've asked what sounded like an 8 year girl if i could substitute the chips for salad and she said that i could only have chips and salad with the meal, no drink. Ok???? Seeing as I've asked for the healthier option which was the grilled fish it defeats the purpose if I have deep fried chips! When i arrive to pick up the order which isn't ready I explain to the 'adult' at the service counter the options I was given. She then advised that I couldn't have a salad with any meal because it is a side you purchase separately. I explained that i was happy to purchase it separately and a fish on its own because i didnt want chips, which I explained to the kid over the phone! She then called another person to the counter who then got annoyed that I didnt want the chips and then she has called the little girl to the counter to ask her while I am standing there if it was true that she said I could have a salad???? $28 for 2 meals, one that was grilled dry and certainly well over priced! Will never buy from here again and will certainly review on every page that I can! Poor customer service and food over priced. I would expect to pay what i paid here at a seaside takeaway where the fish is fresh. $28 for crap fish n chips!!!!!!
