UNACCEPTABLE! Apart from being 2 days late to original pre-scheduled delivery, the instruction to leave at reception hi apt building. Lady unloaded expensive items 20m from entrance on drive way refusing to leave at reception saying she won't do stairs (we have lifts), or help with loading in lift with her trolley she had in her vehicle, OR WAIT with the package for me to get my trolley saying she has job to do... if leaving package unattended on the drive way is in the description then she's doing a great job!

My package has been sitting in depot for days, tried to call but no one answers the phone just press 1 or 2 options that loop so you never actually speak to anyone. Not fast or reliable at all and their website tracking is useless too...

They have serapated my goods and now my order is a week late for delivery and missing 1 item. The lady was exceptionally rude "said they were short staffed" and couldn't tell me when my goods will be here. Never use this company, unprofessional, delivery is more like 2 weeks not 3-4 days. Its not express by any means.

My consignment was due to be delivered on Monday but nothing turned up. When tried to call their helpline, to every option they have a set recording with no option to talk to a human. Please avoid if you care for your items as you'll have no way to contact them.

Had my treadmill and dumbbell delivered today it weighs more than 40kg I asked if he could help bring in. His response was no I can’t do that.



Shocking would not recommend!

I waited for 2 days for a delivery of an item which I sorely needed. I need a mobility scooter and they had it in their depot for 3 days and didn’t deliver it til late afternoon on the 4th day.

I made numerous phone calls to their office. They were so rude. I kept my cool and told them what the issue was and my need for it. They couldn’t have cared less.

The driver was no better. He blamed the weather and workload and anything else he could think of. I had an interstate appointment which I informed them of but to no avail.

I worked in the transport industry for many years as a courier doing air freight and delivery runs. When items show up at your depot you deliver them... no excuses. I would understand if it was a random purchase but this is for a disability.

This company is very unprofessional. Don’t use them unless you are prepared to get grief from them

With large shipping delays, attempted delivery when no delivery was attempted made!!! They even made the excuse of the address was incorrect however when we received one of our two packages (two weeks post delivery even though they guaranteed us 3 to 5 days maximum for delivery) consignment notes on the package had exactly the same address on them including the business name which is a massive warehouse business with massive signing!



Customer service was not helpful in anyway and to be honest they were snappy at me for wanting me to know where my two packages where!



Update: I am in Brisbane, one box came to Brisbane from Melbourne and the other box they decided to send to Sydney!



Really not impressed considering I paid $95 for the shipping

I’ve been waiting all day for a delivery between 10am - 2pm. No delivery! And no one answers their calls and they hang up on you when you finally get through to them!

Worst experience ever. Missy the customer service expert needs training in customer service. Still waiting for the delivery.
