Cottage Kennels & Cattery

This place is absolutely great, my cat is always well loved and cared for and I've never had a single reason or cause to complain. The staff are amazingly caring and nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are fantastic, really comfortable up to date and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend and have done to all my pet owner friends and family.

I have been using Cottage since March 2009 to board my dog and two cats. I can not recommend them highly enough. My pets are very happy visiting there. The staff are only too happy to help with anything and they are very caring.

I am a long time customer of Cottage Kennels & Cattery!
The reason for writing this 5star rating is because:
- My dogs love to go there
- Never had any issue or complaint
- Very clean kennel, you see that when entering the front door
- Friendly and helpful personnel
- Dogs are well looked after, you can even advise on the food
- When I pick up the dogs they smell nice -> groomed nicely
I definitely will continue to bring my dogs to this kennel!

Ive used Cottage Kennels for more than 15 years as the Morrison family has looked after my five beagles over that time. Extra special care was given to my old dog, and some which were poorly at various times. Three are rescue dogs, with their own challenges, all looked after with great sensitivity and kind attention by the professional and committed staff at Cottage. I email and call from afar to check on their welfare and am always assured and confident that my fur children are doing just fine. Cottage is their very comfortable, fun and stress-free home away from home. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I was always so worried when leaving my cat Lexie at other catterys, she would be so stressed, would pull out her fur and eat her bedding, BUT a few years age I discovered Cottage Kennels and Cattery, what a difference, she is well looked after the staff are wonderfull and very caring and loving with Lexie, now she is calm and never stressed, I feel confident when I leave her, of course I miss her but I gave peace of mind while I'm on holidays.

We have been using the services of Cottage Kennels now for over 6 years. The Morrisons and their professional staff have always taken exceptional care of our two dogs. The quality of the accommodation is extremely high and must make them one of the premium animal boarding facilities in Melbourne.

Our dog Archie means the world to our family but travelling interstate or overseas for a family holiday with your dog just isnt always practical. The team at Cottage Kennels have been fantastic, they reassured us all, especially my daughter that our dog would be well looked after. We picked him up today and he was super happy, and looked fitter and healthier than when I dropped him off, probably not eating my daughters toast in the mornings , Anyway weve used Cottage a number of times now and just wanted to say Thank-you. I have done all my research when looking for kennels for my two dogs ...And I have not been able to find anything that compares or goes close to Cottage Kennels ... my dogs are a very important part of my life so I want the best for them ..as we turn of to go to Cottage Kennels ...my dogs bark and continue until we arrive ... I hand them over to the girls and my dogs trot off with out a backwards glance ...When I pick them up they are happy , healthy and I like to think glad to see me but I really think they are more than happy to stay a few extra days...I can highly recommend "Cottage Kennels".....I have to say I that my dogs have now been there for many years and I would not think of putting them anywhere else ...

A CAT"S LIFE FOR ME

When pet owners go away, they fret about whether their pets are adequately being taken care of. Cottage Kennels can take that stress away from you.

We board our cat at Cottage and have done for a number of years. We have never had anything but a positive experience, and so has the cat always returning rested and happy.

If flat screens TV's, heated floors and indoor/ outdoor living is what your pet is used to, it will feel right at home here.
