Point Cook Medical Centre

Doctors here running late over an hour.... no problem!!!!! But everyone needs to stay upright and patient including a 3 year old toddler 🙄. I had to deal with incompetent receptionist who not only doesn't know what she is doing but also doesn't have any empathy for the patient who actually had to wait over an hour with a three year old toddler. You lady!!! You yelled at me cause my child was crying. What on earth you could do that... I hope you had a toddler and how would you feel if someone do that to you

Pathetic you have a appointment time of 9:40— 10:40 you still waiting you ask and there is 4 people in front of you

The doctors come in late and make no effort to try and catch up you just sit there and wait it’s a joke

If you can get in somewhere else that’s what I would recommend

Really long wait

Avoid at all costs. Due to language barrier my uncle has been seeing Dr janak. Very disappointed at his level of care. Will never go or let anyone go to this place! They are also racist and unprofessional. Waiting times are ridiculous

Try and avoid these kind of clinics with so called doctors and ridiculous wait times. Stopped seeing Doctor Janak due to poor prognosis on diseases and medications. Always get a second opinion on your doctors !

This is the second time one of my family members has left Point Cook medical center unhappy with the service from a G.P. My partner came home from there feeling insulted upset because a G.P spoke sarcastically about her weight Dr Huq. Today Dr Anam raise his voice at me because i asked why i couldn't get the treatment i required. He told me by law he couldn't give me treatment for two different types of illness i felt i have. I told him i wouldn't leave his room untill he got his manager there, which he replied call the cops. Leaving notes to his manager i threatened him. He raised his voice at me i was calm. I jst wanted some direction, medication to better myself. Ended up at Williams Landing Medical center seeing a doctor within 10mins, off to get blood test, antibiotics and a request to visit him to speak about my bloods and sort out a EPC program in a couple days time.

Unsatisfied with treatment.

Doctors are great, but Staff is very rude and unprofessional!! Waiting time is absolutely shocking, no matter what time your appointment is!! Very sad..
