Priceline Pharmacy Sanctuary Lakes

I am a regular customer of this chemist for the last 20 years they are welcome and helpful towards all my family. They are like family to us. Very knowledgeable and will help us even with product they do not stock.

Amazing service.

I bought a Ostedeze TRP/ACT 120 today from Priceline S27, Santuary Lakes who charged me $45.99. Saw it’s available in Coles for $39. I understand every business trying to make their own profit margin but a difference of $7 is such a rip off. Our economy is down badly and people lost their jobs. I find it utter disgrace for Priceline to charge its customer such way. I have been told this item is not refundable due to its medicine nature.

I might also take it up to consumer affairs, it’s not really fare for any of the consumers.

Took way to long for script to be filled. I was told 5-10mins however I was there over 30mins.

Lovely chemist and good staff however one staff lady was very rude not friendly at all she just gave me & my partner rude looks the whole time we were in there, made me feel very uncomfortable and discriminated against. This was on Christmas Eve too! She stared at us like we were 'zoo animals' but wouldn't acknowledge us whenever she walked past us. Don't know her name but she is blonde and seemed about 50-60. Very un-Australian and unprofessional from that particular staff member.

All such nice and helpful people. Recommended highly.
