Sanctuary Lakes Resort Services Limited

Went to gym after almost 18 months and was greeted by a rude arrogant gym staff member by the name of Michelle! Refused entry even though I had a gym pass and my son didn’t ! Insisted that I needed 2 card passes even though I had a photo of my other card and proof of my I.d.... asked for common sense to prevail but no such luck ! Instead was greeted with egotistical attitude with zero common sense .. a little girl on a power trip who treats residents of sanctuary lakes with total rudeness and disrespect!
