Poor customer service, I was left waiting while 4 staff were in the glass office area and I was totally ingnored. Even when someone promted an attendant he still continued working on his computer and left me waiting even longer. The attendant was not friendly at all. I felt like an inconvenience. 10% restocking charge for returning goods is very dissapointing.
