TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MANNERS I put my video remote control into this man 30/5/17. He asked for an upfront fee of $40 but could not tell me how much it would cost. He said it would be ready in 3 days. I told him I was going away for the weekend and would pick it up Monday. He said he would ring when it was ready. I rang him 7/6/17 and he was out of the shop and couldn't remember anything about it. He said he would phone me that afternoon when he returned to the shop. He didn't phone. I rang again today, 8/6/17 at 9.04 am and he just abruptly said its too early and told me to phone later. I asked what time and he hung up on me. On his docket he has not even recorded I paid $40.
