Recently bought a used washing machine from them. There were a few there to choose from and the lady was very helpful. The $350 price tag included a great machine, delivery, installation and testing. The only issue we discovered the next day was a washer in the cold hose that left a steady slow drip into the machine. They came back within a few hours of my call and replaced it. Very happy!

I just telephoned this business regarding repair to front loader washer.

The female staffer was a joke.

She instantly dismissed my concern without any further assistance or offering any information that could help a consumer.

She stated that my particular brand is not one they have experience with, Midea.

I only queried how the solenoids might differ that greatly between brands to which she replied "I don't know what a solenoid even is, see our brands don't even have those so we cant help".

Very unimpressed.

I recently purchased a washing machine from Hastings Appliance Services, firstly the service was excellent, the price was very reasonable and I am more than happy with the product. It was a pleasure to deal with an old school business that cares about there customers and takes pride in there products

I have delt with this company for over 20 years and have always found them to be one of, if not the best places to deal with. After sales service is A+++, and their fridges etc, ect. are of excellent quality.

Have had a major issue with our fridge area going warm, and freezer area going way too cold? Called Hastings Appliances and they booked us in for a house call next business day first thing in the AM.....and the repair man was right on time and diagnosed and fixed the fridge on the spot. He had the part(s) he needed all in his van. Have to say.....very impressed with my whole experience, and would have to say I would recommend them if you are in need. Saved us from having to buy a new fridge! And nice to have such a polite and friendly repairman knock on your door. Good Job!
