Purchased one of there spec homes earlier in the year. We have had so many quality control and finishing issues, that they said would be covered by the defect warranty. However, they will not respond to or return calls, emails or letters requesting rectification. They are happy to take your money and then they will ghost you. We can't reconcile the good comments on their web site with reality. Our next step is to persue government /legal enforcement. We'd strongly recommend to prospective purchasers to look at other alternatives. Poor build. Poor finish. Poor communication. If we could give zero stars we would.
