The waiting time can be short or long depending on the time of day you go i would not recommend arriving around lunch time since this seems to the busy period with less amount of doctors a good idea is to bring a book to read to pass the time. A lot of the doctors here do not have every good manners and can sometimes be very rude. They are very eager to get you out quickly, if you have a issue that they will not take seriously stand your ground another wise you have to come back again and do it all over again some times they just need to remember that what their job and you are a person not a number. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Waba he is very polite and he is the only doctor that has greeted me and introduced himself when I've walked in. He is the best doctor I have ever seen he always tries to solve problems unlike the other doctors I have seen who usually just past it off as nothing. Dr Waba shows he cares about your health always tries to help, I've recommended him to other friends and family who are always surprised about how nice of a doctor he really is.

I went here to get a simple medical certificate since my normal doctor from a different clinic was booked out. The wait time was very short and the appointment was quick too, which was good. However, the doctor was very rude and essentially told me not to come back. The reason I needed a medical certificate was due to a mental health condition, which I told her, but the way she spoke to me was very insensitive and condescending. Her name was Bronwyn. Will hopefully never have yo return to this awful clinic.
