Very disappointing, the items were damaged when they arrived and they accused me of damaging them and would take no responsibility.

Crap business, crap workmanship and crap response. Strongly recommend DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. If you have a problem they will deny any responsibility.

Dispatched banners late 'due to artwork problem', we were only informed of this problem after they were dispatched so too late to do anything about it. So the banners arrived after our event. After giving full details of our complaint they refused to refund us. As apparently they 'could not locate' all emails that confirmed the correct delivery date! Won't be using them again!
