wish i could give them a -0 as this is the 2nd time this has happend one they type delivered its hard to contact couriers i enclude a phone number if the receiver is an honist peson like my last parcel they ring me to tell me i have your parcel The courier drivers need to learn to read i pick my parcel up from a kind lady who had received it wrong delivery left a block of chocolate on her porch..

If I could give a zero I would too!!!
Twice I did not receive my delivery. The photo of the house they supplied was not MY house. Either change your drivers or don’t use Aramex as a service provider!!!

$330 pair of shoes delivered to a vacant factory and left in a bush.
Confirmed over 10 times, with photos of my actual house and screen shot of order with my actual address, which is NOT a factory.
Refusing to refund my money for an undelivered $330 pair of shoes which were clearly delivered to the wrong address.
This has been going on for over a month and going around and around in circles with no apology or accountability.
It’s no wonder you have as many bad reviews as you do.
If I could give zero stars I would.
Absolutely useless courier company!!
Looks like I will have to inconvenience myself and head in to your office as no one has had the decency to offer me a refund.

Within a couple of weeks, I have had two occasions where I received only half of my order at the same time.
The first time the other half came the next day and now I am waiting already 5 days for the second box of delivery so I can assemble a piece of furniture that comes in two boxes

The drive is must be under some intense pressure, which means there's probably only two of them per metro area. I can't imagine many people want their packages delivered late or not at all by fastaway/ aramex. They don't give a rats about the packages. They don't give a rats about authority to leave. They don't give a rats about getting it to you in a reasonable time. Absolutely the worst courier service in australia. Zero out of 10. No stars

The driver parked in front of my house, made NO ATTEMPT to open an unlocked gate and drove off. As we left I received an email saying the driver did not find a safe place to leave my parcel! I was at home. The message said the driver left a card and that my parcel was being taken to their depot from which I have 5 days to pick it up. I went to the letterbox and there was nothing there.
I called Aramex but could not speak to anyone, I was redirected to their website for a chat. I tried to start a chat many times over the next week. NOTHING. Their operator did not respond to my chat request. I contacted their Sydney office but they would not help because I an located in Melbourne.
Is their an Ombudsman that can intervene on our behalf? I want the goods I paid for.
Please don't EVER use them. They can't continue to be so indifferent to customers complaints. Suppliers please don't use their services. In future I will always ask who the intended courier is and then refuse to buy anything from them unless they use a different service provider.

ordered flowers on the 3rd July same day delivery...lol 5th today...tracking says delivery approx 11th July...omg flowers will be dead! so angry flowers were for a death. How embaressing!...Never again

Tracking said delivery tried at 8.10am today but failed.....I was home but heard nothing. Supposed attempt to deliver at 8.10am today. I was home and heard nothing. About 2.20pm today a man talking a different language to English on his phone, dropped the parcel on my step and went to leave. I had to push it away with the screen door so then I called out and he looked up but then got in his vehicle and left. Can't physically contact anyone.

This company is to put it nicely a dysfunctional laughing stock.
"AKA THE MUPPET SHOW"
Firstly having an off-shore customer service centre for domestic deliveries is useless, secondly running a skeleton crew from 9am-5pm Mon-Fri(closed weekends & public holidays) during the Christmas period which is peak trading for any courier company is delusional on management's behalf.
Also the tracking status never gets updated from the moment an item is dispatched & team members never reply to customer enquiry emails.
