Great real estate agents ! They are a very helpful and professional team, they will go above and beyond to assist both the client and tenant . I would recommend them to anyone.

We made a mistake using them as our property leasing agent, very unprofessional. It is clear they didn't do a proper tenant check up as two out of three tenants ended up not paying and even with rental default insurance, we never get compensation, we just simply didn't hear back from Frank Gordon. The post rental bill was excessive and unreasonable with $1100 for cleaning, $300 for a small cupboard repair, $350 for BBQ removal which btw if they have the courtesy to ask we'd rather keep.

If you look like having any dealings with this agent..run a mile ! They are extremely unprofessional and dishonest and I have had to lodge formal complaints with Consumer Affairs about their appalling behaviour. I can't believe they have been allowed to stay in business.
