Kauschke's Discount Paints

Purchased two different types of paint but same colour. Ended up with two different colours, wasn't laying blame just wanted a solution but got a tirade of excuses. Compared the two different paints but did not at any stage compare to a sample colour chip or paint chart. Said the paint that was wrong was the right one. When proved wrong was threatened, called me a number of bad names I can't post here. I got a colourbond sample chip from another business to prove I was right, but because I hadn't peeled the clear plastic coating off it was told that I was too (bad name I can't post again) to realise to do this that I was wrong.Said he wouuld hit me if his grandkids weren't there. 5 out 5 people that I showed the different paints to and the colour chip all agreed with me. This happened over 2 seperate encounters. I came up with the solution myself to finish the job to keep my customer satisfied. He was trying to say that the computer had to be right and they had a team of chemists that he reckoned I was saying was wrong and that I was right. No I was saying that he tinted the paint not the computer and he got it horribly wrong. He ordered me off the premises and threatened to call the police, all this when I was simply after a solution and standing there purposely with my hands in my pockects when he said he would hit me and informed him that I was not after an argument or a fight.
