would recommend John & tom to anyone with a fire they are outstanding in what they do. I have had other chimney sweeps in the past but these guys are the proper thing.

I had a gas space heater from the 80's removed, leaving a giant eye-sore of a hole in my living room wall.

Jonathan and Tom have done an amazing job fully restoring the fireplace to it's original state.

They were both very professional, polite and efficient.

It wasn't easy finding a Geelong based company with the skillset to do more than just a clean (which they also performed).

And now that I have a woodburning fireplace (Thanks to them), will be using their services regularly to maintain it.

I will have to stop working in the torque Anglesea area as people there don’t appreciate our great work and business, bazaars comments are just as ludicrous as fox’s, we do a full clean and service of wood heaters and fires and the flue fan and fan housing. We also supplied a door seal and fitted that as well as taking the old broken cowl of and then prep the top and fit a fully stainless steel add unit cowl which are far better and last longer than a standerd cowl people have no idea what is invoked taking drills and grinders and tools on to a roof to achieve a great job shame on you barry at Nancy street in Anglesea shame on you I hope your fires burning well as all our fires do when we service them as we are the best in business .

I experienced exactly the same as Fox! I was charged over $750 for a new cowl and standard service. I have since had it confirmed the actual cowl only costs $159 whereas I was charged over $350 for supply and fitting plus c.$400 for the service - totalling over $750. The fitting would have been done in the normal service anyway as the old cowl had to be removed for cleaning of the flue. I feel I have been completely ripped off.

They work hard and charge fairly they do an amazing job would highly recommend them.

I was charged $700 plus to have my fire cleaned and a new cowl. He charged me $400 for the cowl which can be purchased for less than $200 without consulting me. I am elderly and live alone I feel I was taken advantage of.

They cleaned my chimney as it was blocked they are great Jonathan and Tom farther and son great blokes.
