Grace were good to deal with, their representatives were lovely, the service on pick up was prompt and the cost competitive. Delivery from Cairns to Adelaide took 5 weeks, but I had stated I was not fussed when it arrived, and I wasn't so that was fine, though perhaps a little long. I had an antique trunk damaged during transit, but I took out insurance.



Where I was quite unhappy was an antique wardrobe key was lost in transit, rendering the furniture unusable. I contacted my local office three times to follow up and while the representatives were lovely and sympathetic to my problem, I was promised the Operations Manager would contact me to follow up after each call, which never occurred at any point. This was extremely disappointing. Very much seems they are happy to pick up and dump your possessions but do not want to know about anything done by their handlers during transit. Thank god for insurance is all I can say.
